(Order of the Court was made by Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy J) The petitioner seeks a direction to restrain the respondents from laying a road through the burial ground and canal adjoining the burial ground situated at Survey No.8 of the Attuputhur Village, Kancheepuram District. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 12.05.2025 in this regard. 2/5

Mr.S.J.Mohammed Sathik, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of expeditiously. 3.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, the 4 th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within fifteen days, after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other affected persons.
