2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petitions in order to avail of the appellate remedies in accordance with law. Endorsement has been made.

3. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 1 of 2015 are closed.
