Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order dated 27.11.2018 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13550 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.616/2018 on condition that the petitioner should appear before the Trial Court at 10.30 am on the first working day of every English Calendar month, pending disposal of the above CRL.A.NO.616 of 2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.9009 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAN P., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner vide order dated 27.11.2018 made in Crl.MP.No.

13550/2018 in Crl.A.No.616/2018. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State who would submit that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court without any default. In view of the above, the condition imposed vide order dated 27.11.2018, is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in three months on the first working day, commencing from August 2019, pending appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
