[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner and the girl B.Divya Bharathi are present. The girl B.Divya Bharathy has informed us that she is not in illegal custody. We facilitated the girl B.Divya Bharathi to have talk with the petitioner and his wife in person.

2. Even after discussion, the girl expressed her desire to live alone as she is major, we set her liberty.
