This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2022 and pass an appropriate order to reposes the JCB Vehicle bearing registration No.TN 24 AX 9221 from the illegal custody of the third and fourth respondents and expedite the investigation as per following of the due process of law.

On a perusal of the representation dated 12.05.2022, the petitioner borrowed loan and purchased the vehicle bearing Registration No. TN 24, Ax 9221 from M/s.Hindhuja Leyland Finance Private Limited. However, when the petitioner about to conduct performing Pooja to the vehicle, it was taken by the third and fourth respondents. Therefore, the entire allegations are civil in nature between the petitioner and the third and 2/4

fourth respondents. Therefore, the second respondent conducted detailed enquiry and closed the same as civil in nature. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Civil Court for appropriate relief as against the third and fourth respondents herein. No costs. 21.09.2022 kv Index:Yes/No Speaking/non speaking order To
