leave to the petitioner's husband Janardhanan, S/o.Ananda Pothy, aged 61 years, convict prisoner, now taking treatment on leave, for the purpose of his continuous medical treatment, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that the relief prayed for in this writ petition has already been granted by this Court by order dated 18.03.2022 in W.P.No.6472 of 2022.
3. In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.6472 of 2022 dated 18.03.2022, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.
