for a period from 18.06.2002 to 10.11.2009 along with the service rendered in the post of Head Master, High school from 11.11.2009 and award a selection Grade in the post of Head Master, High school on 19.06.2012 and then fix the pay in the post of Head Master, Higher Secondary school and then fix last pay drawn and grant pension benefits with arrears of pay and pension.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.08.2023, thereby directed the Headmaster of Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Kadathur to furnish the related Rules, Government Orders and the recommendation to consider the request made by the petitioner seeking selection grade in the post of Headmaster, High School.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already
the Headmaster, Boys Higher Secondary School, Kadathur, by its communication dated 20.04.2023 annexed the order passed by this Court, thereby directed to grant selection grade by counting the service of the petitioner in P.G.Assistant and Headmaster High School. Without considering the same, once again, the third respondent directed the Headmaster, Boys Higher Secondary School, Kadathur to submit those documents.
4. Therefore, the impugned order cannot be sustained and is liable to be quashed. Accordingly, the proceedings issued by the third respondent in O.Mu.No.2400/A1/2023 dated 17.08.2023, is hereby quashed. The third respondent is directed to pass fresh orders as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.14693 of 2020 dated 31.01.2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
