This petition is filed seeking for exemption of payment of Court fee in the above Appeal by stating that the appellant who is the mother of the deceased is unable to pay the entire prescribed Court fee and that she was also exempted by the Tribunal below from paying the court fee therein. Since the claim petition filed by the appellant is dismissed in toto, the present appeal is filed, however, by seeking for exemption of payment of Court fee once again before this Court.

2. The petitioner has also given an undertaking in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that she would pay the Court fee at the time of disposal of the appeal.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the petitioner/ appellant was already exempted by the Tribunal below in paying the Court fee and also considering the undertaking given by the petitioner that she would pay the Court fee at the time of final disposal of the appeal, this petition is allowed.
