The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 14.08.2014 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2014 in O.S.No.288 of 2010, by the learned District Munsif, Katpadi, Vellore.
2. Today when the Civil Revision petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a 1/3
submission that the Suit pertains to this Civil Revision petition has already been disposed of. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement.
3. In view of the above fact, the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
