When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that FIR in this case was registered in Crime No.127 of 2022, on the file of T-12 Poonamallee Police Station.

2.In the light of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition incorporating Crime No.127 of 2022. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
