ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action as against respondents 6 and 7 in accordance with law.

2.Without expressing any merits in this writ petition, this Court, directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint lodged and pass orders on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, 2/4

after issuing notice to respondents 6 and 7 and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
