This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the decree and judgment dated 28.08.2014 made in I.A.No.6189 of 2014 in O.S.No.2057 of 2014 on the file of XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

The trial Court granted temporary injunction in I.A.No.6189 of 2014 against which the appellant/ defendant has preferred this appeal.
