O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent relating to the Notice in Na.Ka.960/Kanimam/2014 published in the Vellore District Gazette Ex-ordinary issue No.2 dated 03.03.2015 in so far as it relates to the stone quarry bearing S.F.No.477 (Part-1) admeasuring 1.00.0 hectare in the Karasamangalam Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District as listed in Sl.No.7 in the Annexure to the Gazette Notice and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned notification, no bidders/takers have come forward to take the area in question on lease and therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition for the present. An endorsement has also been made to that effect in the bundle.

3. Recording the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
