ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The allegation against the petitioner is that this petitioner joined hands with other accused, fabricated the Power of Attorney as if impersonator is the real owner viz., Mahalakshmi and after fabricating the Power of Attorney started selling the land to various persons and further he has also executed sale deed in his favour as if Mahalakshmi sold 1200 sqft in favour of the petitioner herein and it was came to light subsequently to the grand daughter of original owner, and she lodged a complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted though he is ready to re-convey the land which was registered in his name to the extent of 1200 sqft. He further submits that already the land was sold to various other persons and he was unable to hand over the same. He further submits that there was an agreement entered with the real person and paid money and obtained Power of Attorney immediately. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and reported that so far the land involved in this case 6000 sqft., and on the strength of fabricated the Power of Attorney, the petitioner sold the land to various other persons and he has also executed sale deed measuring an extent of 1200 sqft., in his favour by using an impersonator. He further submits that so far the impersonator has not yet been identified and investigation is pending against the petitioner.
5. Considering the nature of allegations that it is a case of fabrication of records, impersonation and also sale of the properties; if the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner it would hamper the witnesses, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed and Consequently, Interim Anticipatory Bail already granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15758 of 2025, dated 23.07.2025 shall stands cancelled. 10-11-2025 MSM 3/5
