Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.664/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to exempt the petitioners from surrender before the Trial Court for filing this Criminal Revision against the judgment passed in C.A.No.40/2018 on 18.02.2019 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri by judgment confirming the conviction and the sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.C.NO.73/2011 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, pennargaram by judgment dated 2.8.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.664/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VASUDEVAN B., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.RAMAR Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the trial Court.

2. Since the petitioner has surrendered on 30.07.2019 before the trial Court, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
