M.P Nos.152 & 153/2020 in SC Nos.94 of 2005 & 215 of 2010 dated 03.11.2020 and allow the same and pass such further or other orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of these cases.

2. In such view of the matter, according to the petitioner's counsel, the relief sought for by the petitioner in these matters has become infructuous.
