(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the correct Crime Number is 2308 of 2020, however, the petitioner has give a wrong crime number.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh application.
