The wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.106 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram to the Sub Court, Poonamallee.

2. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of the wife who is a resident of Poonamallee. It is a unwritten law that the proceedings to be transferred to the Court in the town or city where the wife resides, dehors the inconvenience caused to the other party.

3. In view of the said settled proposition of law that all the matrimonial proceedings will be heard and disposed of only by the Court which is situate near the place of the residence of the wife, HMOP No.106 of 2021 is withdrawn from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
