Defendants Prayer : This Civil Suit has been filed under Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C read with under order IV Rule 1 of O.S.Rule praying for judgment and decree as follows:- a) to declare that the plaintiff is the rightful owner of the suit property as per the oral family arrangement in the year 1984 which was subsequently reduced to writing by way of a family arrangement dated 25.04.1996.

b) declaring the family arrangement dated 25.04.1996 is valid and binding in the eyes of law.

c) to pass such other order or orders d) for costs of the suit.

For the Plaintiff : Mr.R.Raveendran For the Defendants : set ex-parte

JUDGMENT

The defendants were already set ex-parte. Thereafter, the matter was referred to the learned Additional Master -I, for recording ex-parte evidence on the side of the plaintiff.

2. In support of the plaintiff's case, PW-1 has been examined and Exhibits.P1 to P8 have been marked. The evidence of PW-1 and the documents marked as Exs.P1 to P8 remain un controverted. On perusal of the same, it is found that plaintiff has established his claim.

3. In the result, the Civil Suit is decreed as prayed for with costs.
