SEK/GEN/AE.1/ F.HTSC.473/ D.No.202/2015 dated 24.01.2015 quash the same and forbear the 1st and 2nd Respondents their men officers agents servants representatives and/or any one claiming through or under them and/or any other person from in any manner insisting on harmonic control and levying demanding and/or collecting charges and compensation for harmonics dumping from the Petitioner for their HT SC No.473 either through the CC Bills

or in any other manner who is connected with 11 KV supply line.

ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 19.07.2016 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal. The matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and an endorsement to that effect has also been made.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
