A.No.4772 of 2019 in O.P.No.137 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The application has been filed seeing an amendment to substitute the name of the deceased R.Yuvanesh in the place of the deceased K.Rajasekaran.

2. The original petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate in respect of estate of the deceased K.Rajasekaran.

3. A perusal of the petition reveals that the deceased K.Rajasekaran died on 29.05.2002, leaving behind his wife, namely Revathi and his only son namely R.Yuvanesh. It is also seen that Revathi died on 20.08.2013 and Yuvanesh died on 02.11.2017. Therefore, the Succession certificate must have been sought for only for the estate of deceased R.Yuvanesh. Claiming that the mistake had happened inadvertently, this application for amendment has been filed to substitute the name of one R.Yuvanesh instead of K.Rajasekaran.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this amendment application is allowed.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and file amended copy of the petition by 22.07.2019. List the Original petition on 22.07.2019. 11.07.2019 vum http://www.judis.nic.in
