ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 03.08.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.229 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a love affair between the de-facto complainant's daughter viz., Ruthika and A1, Santhosh and the same was questioned by the de-facto complainant and his son. As a result of which, the petitioners and 6 other accused went to the de-facto complainant's house and brutally attacked the de-facto complainant and his son and thereby caused grievous injuries to them. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners has been in jail from 03.08.2021. He further submits that this Court had already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 14760 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that A1 in this case is having one previous case against him in 302 of I.P.C. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the fact that A1 is having one previous case pending against the first petitioner which is of 302 of I.P.C and the role of the other accused persons is vital in this crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
