(Crime No.1602 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in Para No.6 (b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.14707 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020 in Cr.No.1602 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14707 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14707 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
