ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records in Na.Ka.A3/2415/2020 dated 08.10.2020 passed by the first respondent and to set aside the same.

2. Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner informing that he has not received any instructions from the petitioner and seeking permission to withdraw his appearance. The abovesaid Memo is taken on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that in the ground case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the trial court taken the case on file and charges were also framed and now the case is pending for trial. Investigation reveals that the petitioner has committed the offence and also the trial court taken cognizance of the charge sheet and found the prima facie case.

4. Therefore, under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Petition. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
