Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner at the instance of the alleged false and bogus complaint lodged by the imaginary complainant and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by one Manimaran in CSR No.236 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020 is under investigation and the presence of the petitioner is required for concluding the enquiry.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 02.12.2020 for concluding the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.

3. With the abovesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
