Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the payment relating to Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Surrender amount, 15 days Leave Surrender amount each for the years 2017 & 2018, Medical Leave amount, Social Security Scheme amount, PRBF amount IRT amount, D.A. arrears and enhanced DA of 3% from the year January 2019 by calculating D.A. eligible as per newly implemented scheme, with interest at 12% per annum with effect from 31.01.2019, within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
