O R D E R
(Order of the Court is made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Vendor of the borrower has sought for a writ of mandamus, forbearing the first respondent, from auctioning the property of the petitioner, dated 24/3/2015, without following the due process of law, to secure the ends of justice.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.J.Parthasarathy, learned counsel for the first respondnet Bank submitted that auction scheduled on 24/3/2015, did not take place. He also questioned the locus of the writ petitioner.

3. As auction did not take place, on 24/3/2015, prayer
sought for is rejected and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
