This Sub Application has been filed to substitute the Applicant herein as the Legal heir of the deceased Contempt Petitioner by name Ramdas and permit him to proceed with the above Contempt Petition No.395 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that the father of the Applicant, who was the original Contempt Petitioner died intestate on 14.06.2021, leaving behind the Applicant as his sole legal heir and after his demise, the subject matter of the property falls in the hands of the Applicant. Hence, it is absolutely necessary to substitute him as the legal heir of the deceased Contempt Petitioner so as to enable him to proceed with the matter.
