ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the tender notification issued by the respondents for mining lease.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that the process of tender had concluded and the lease was granted in favour of the highest bidder for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period from 2019 to 2029. Therefore, the cause did not exist as of now. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievances in the manner known to law, if the petitioner has chosen to do so.
3. With this liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
