ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking suspension of sentence imposed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Denkanikottai, in S.C.No.30 of 2023 dated 28.04.2025, and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.

The petitioner, who is an accused in S.C.No.30 of 2023, was convicted and sentenced by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Denkanikottai, vide judgment dated 28.04.2025, as follows:

451 of IPC to undergo 7 years simple imprisonment and fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default to undergo 6 months simple imprisonment 2.
395 read with Section 397 of IPC to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default to undergo 6 months simple imprisonment 3.
342 of IPC to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year and to pay a fine of Page No.2 of 5

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 4.
This Court finds that no prima facie case has been made out for suspension of the sentence since the Trial Court has gone through the evidence in its entirety and also finds that the petitioner had committed very serious and heinous offence.

In the result, the petition for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
