ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who is apprehending arrest in the hands of the respondent police for an offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 397 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.236 of 2021, seeks Anticipatory Bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the De-facto Complainant while travelling in auto, the petitioner had waylaid and robbed him at knife point and thereafter abused with filthy language by assaulting him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.
3. It is seen from records that this is the third Anticipatory Bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous orders, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions in Crl.O.P.No.11798 of 2021 on 08.07.2021 & Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2021 on 19.08.2021, were passed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
