This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 6 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13320 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) to the credit of Arignar Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine, A/C.No.110101106507, Canara Bank, Aminjikarai, Chennai. He further submitted that the petitioner is unable to raise the said amount, hence, he sought to modify the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the amount as Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) instead of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited to the credit of Arignar Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine, A/C.No.110101106507, Canara Bank, Aminjikarai, Chennai, by the petitioner. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition (6) in Crl.O.P.No.13320 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
