ORDER

Heard MrS.s.Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition itself is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to issue legal heirship certificate to the petitioner pursuant to the petitioner's petition under Receipt No.3525 dated 29.10.2014.

3.It is seen that the petitioner's application was taken on file and the petitioner was directed to appear for an enquiry on 29.10.2014 between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m., bearing Receipt No.23861386. According to the petitioner, she has appeared for the enquiry and till date, no Legal Heirship Certificate has been issued. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application and if there is no other legal impediment, the respondent shall issue the Legal Heirship Certificate to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On the other hand, if there is any valid objection or if there is any impediment for granting such Certificate, as sought for by the petitioner, the respondent shall, within the time permitted, pass a speaking order and communicate to the petitioner.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
