Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 5th respondent, who is not ready to take any action against the respondents 7 to 11 and direct the 5th respondent to register a case based on petitioner complaint dated 22.09.2014 and to transfer the same to the 6th respondent for further investigation and to file a final report within a stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court based upon the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2014.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 5th respondent, who is not ready to take any action against the respondents 7 to 11 and direct the 5th respondent to register a case based on petitioner complaint dated 22.09.2014 and to transfer the same to the 6th respondent for further investigation and to file a final report within a stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court based upon the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2014.
2. The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. If no action taken by the respondent police based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petitioner is necessarily to work out her remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018.
