(The case has been heard through video conference) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petition has been filed with wrong crime number viz., Crime No.336 of 2019 and that the correct crime number is Crime No.300 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that this petition has been filed with wrong crime number and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh application with correct crime number viz., Crime No. 300 of 2020.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh application with correct crime number viz., Crime No.300 of 2020.
