Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 16.06.2023 passed in the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the third respondent submits that when the writ petition was dismissed on 16.06.2023, he was present for the third respondent. However, in the said order, no appearance is shown for the third respondent.

In view of the submission made, the appearance of learned counsel for the third respondent be shown in the appearance portion as well as in the first paragraph of the order dated 16.06.2023.

Motion is disposed of accordingly.
