5500-9000 to the Petitioner from 01.01.1996 / date of initial appointment, in the ordinary Grade and the respective dates of completion of 10 years of service in the Ordinary Grade and 10 years in the Selection Grade, respectively with all consequential monetary benefits and to pay all arrears within a stipulated time period.
