ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody from 04.07.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 397 of I.P.C, in Crime No.632 of 2008, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have taken tea and biscuit from the defacto complainant's shop and failed to pay money for the same and also took away cash of Rs.300/- from the cash drawer. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been in judicial custody from 04.07.2020. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(crl side) appearing for the petitioner submit that there are ten previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that there are ten previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this criminal original petition is dismissed.
