Heard Mr.G.Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents and with their consent, the writ

petition itself is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents authorities to consider the representation dated 27.02.2015 of the petitioner and to take action against the irregularities committed by the officials concerned. 3.In the said representation, the petitioner has made an allegation that while effecting payment for the rice supplied by the petitioner, an amount of Rs.25/- per bag is deducted as gratification for the persons who are incharge of the receipt of the rice from the farmers. According to the petitioner, this illegality is perpetuated and no action has been taken as against the low level officers who are manning the godowns. In this regard, a representation is given to the 4th respondent.

4.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the allegation made by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the 4th respondent to take note of the complaint and proceed in accordance with law.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
