Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 3 & 4 to pass final orders passed in the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the 3rd respondent in PR 15/CS CID/2013 dated 27.06.2013 within a reasonable time.

The fourth respondent issued a Charge Memo to the petitioner on 27.06.2013. The Enquiry Officer appointed by the fourth respondent appears to have concluded the enquiry and submitted a report. The present request is to direct the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the enquiry report. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the fourth respondent requires four months' time to conclude the proceedings.
3.The fourth respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings initiated against the petitioner by charge memo dated 27.06.2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
