O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to execute the warrant against one Prabhu Durai who is arrayed as A2 in C.C.No.653 of 2018 on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive trial of CCB Cases and CBCID Metro Cases.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that pursuant to the issuance of non bailable warrant, request was made to the Bureau of Immigration, Government of India to issue look out circular, since investigation has revealed that the said Prabhu Durai is in Nigeria. Accordingly, Bureau of Immigration has issued look out circular on 24.08.2022 and the same is still in force. It is further submitted that once warns the accused is traced, he will be secured and brought into India pursuant to look out circular.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
