This petition has been filed seeking for Police protection. 2.The nature of dispute that has been projected in the present petition is purely civil in nature and the petitioner shall agitate the dispute only before the competent Civil Court and the police will have no role to play in this case. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Civil Court.
