The petitioner submitted a representation on 04.07.2011 requesting the respondent to disburse the amount recovered from his pensionary benefits, pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2002. The said representation is pending on the file of the respondent. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

2.The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.07.2011 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
