This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1095 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16997 of 2023 vide order dated 12.02.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Sunday at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
