This petition has been filed for direction to direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trail of CCB Cases and

CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.6635 of 2016 on day to day basis and complete the same within the stipulated time.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trail of CCB Cases and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai, is directed to dispose the case in C.C.No.6635 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disposed of. 3.

With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
