It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that both the complaint lodged by the petitioner in C.No.564 of 2020 and the complaint lodged by the counter petitioner viz., Prakash in C.No.563 of 2020 are pending for enquiry and the presence of the petitioner and the counter petitioner is required for concluding the enquiry expeditiously.

2.The petitioner's counsel represents that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the respondent police and ready to appear before the respondent police for concluding the enquiry. 3.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 07.12.2020 for the purpose of enquiry with reference to his complaint and the complaint lodged by the counter petitioner and the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously without any delay. With the abovesaid observations, the criminal original petition is closed.
