This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur to take the case in CMP Nil of 2019, on the file and dispose of the same within the stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner lodged complaint for direction under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. However, it is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur without even numbering.

3. If any complaint is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur, is directed to number the petition and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
