Prayer: Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order, dated 13.10.2011 made in W.P.No.13594 of 2005 on the file of this Court filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying this Hon'ble Court to issue a writ of declaration, declaring the Notification under Section 4(1) Notification dated 25.11.1987 G.O.Ms.No.2076 dated 29.10.1987 declaration under section 6 and the entire proceedings taken under the Land Acquisition Act had lapsed with respect to S.No.23/A/1 presently S.No.23A/2A of an extent of 1.57 acres in Allahpuram Village Vellore Taluk and district in so far as the petitioners are concerned.
