Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying to pass an order, directing the 2nd respondent police herein namely the Inspector of Police, Chengalpet Taluk Police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.10.2020 and 21.10.2020 and in relation to the complaint dated 05.10.2020 against which a CSR No.1090 of 2020 dated 10.10.2020 has been issued in relation to the criminal offence committed by the said persons within a stipulate time by this Hon'ble Court and pass such order or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
