With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2024 and to disburse the compensation.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner's land was proposed to be acquired, however, no order is passed in this regard. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 09.03.2024 seeking for completion of the acquisition proceedings and disbursement of the compensation, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

5. It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions that the first respondent has scheduled an enquiry on 12.08.2024, the petitioner can participate in the enquiry and the petitioner's grievance would be addressed.

6. Such view of the matter, let the petitioner appear before the first respondent on 12.08.2024, thereafter the respondents shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months 2/4

thereafter.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
